  • Exclusions: Customized or personalized items, as well as items bought on sale, cannot be exchanged unless they have a manufacturing defect.

Shipping Costs

  • Personal Preference or Sizing Issues: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if the exchange is due to personal preference or sizing issues.

International Orders

We offer exchanges for our international customers as well. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact our customer care for a credit note, discount, or refund. Please report any issues within 7 days of receiving your order, and provide photos of the package before and after opening it.
