Order Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Before Processing: You can cancel your order any time before it’s processed. Once your order has been shipped, our "Exchange Policy" will come into effect.
  • Post-Shipment: After your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information. Instead of a refund, we offer a credit note or a discount code for future purchases.
  • Company Initiated Cancellations: Dazzel Caddy reserves the right to cancel orders for various reasons including but not limited to items being out of stock, price errors, or payment declines by the financial institution.
